A small group of islands which is spreading out at the Mediterranean archipelago, for which Le Corbusier once said: “whatever architecture had to say, it is said here” – in Cyclades. We turn our gaze to the past, to see again, rather to rebuild, the old edifice that is now being demolished, the edifice that built us; the anonymous and collective architecture, a history of centuries, a traditional collective life and an astonishing atmosphere which progressively vanishes. We look mainly at its hidden joints, its foundations, the invisible faces, everything that was undermined or displaced. Trajectories of a life of prudence and freedom, of a materialistic utopia.
